This is a basic interim policy covering the essentials while Cast is early — not a substitute for full legal review. Questions: [email protected].
Your email (collected by Stripe during checkout, used to send your credit key and purchase receipt), a wallet address if you connect one, and the audio/transcript you submit for rendering. We don't require an account or password — there's no separate login system to hold credentials for.
Payment processing: Stripe. Transcription and diarization: AssemblyAI. Narration and content classification: OpenAI. Stock footage search: Pexels. Storage/hosting: AWS. Each processes only what a given job needs to complete.
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use Cast (pages viewed, general usage patterns) so we can improve the product. This only runs if you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — if you decline, no analytics cookie is set and no usage data is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. See Google's privacy policy for how it handles this data.
Render inputs and outputs are retained per your tier's retention window (shown on the pricing page), then deleted. Purchase records are kept for accounting/support purposes.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use your submitted audio or transcripts for anything beyond producing your render.
