If a render job fails on our end after credits were spent, those credits are automatically refunded to your credit key — you don't need to ask. This happens the next time the job's status is checked, which the workspace does on its own right after submission.
Credits are a digital good, issued instantly on purchase. If you haven't used any credits from a pack yet, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll review it case by case.
Credits spent on a job that completed successfully are not refundable — you received the output you paid for, even if the result doesn't match what you had in mind stylistically.
